Hello all I am a mechatronics (M.tech). curruntly work in CAD and testing and validation(physical tests run on Dyno. not Ansys) is there any way I can work at john deere. in my current position I dont have any exposure in mechatronics. A whole lot of people have asked me why are you not at John Deere when I mention that I Have Mtech in mechatronics

As a part of process it requires 2-3 weeks of time period for background verification.
If someone has gone through this process then please help me
a)How much time will it take for background verification?
