Starting salary for Director at regular big Pharma? Base, Bonus and Stocks? I’m looking for ranges.

Currently a mgr in tier 1 US city. Anyone has experience with advisory salary range for SM in India (Mumbai). MBA, 8 years US experience

Landed a good offer from a company but I think I can do better. Asked for a signing bonus but they refused. Got a similar offer from a company I am not as excited about and I am using it as a leverage but still refused. What else I can do?

Thinking about going to my current manager and ask him to match the offer and if so come back with that to the current recruiter.

Any more ideas?

Is this a good salary for a senior II leaving for industry? Its a senior accountant role for 100K in NYC

What’s the going rate for a product marketing manager and a senior product marketing manager these days? Ranges would be helpful. I just started applying to jobs (after having been in a PMM role for 1.5 years at $120K) and compensation seems to be all over the board - regardless of years experience. Any feedback would be appreciated!

Got an offer from an established (but disorganized, unstructured) startup. Cash comp is good (but not great - 30% paycut over my consulting pay) and was given equity worth a few millions @ a valuation of 3B. Problem is - I have absolutely no clue what this firm is worth at the moment. CEO says it’s currently worth at least 6B. It has good growth potential but I have no way of estimating the probability of this being materialized if and when a transaction occurs. How should I think about this?

I have two offers:
-$165k with a City of New York agency
-$130k plus $5k signing bonus with EY Gps

I feel ho-hum about the government job because I’ve been doing it for so long, and also the option for hybrid work is uncertain. But the salary and benefits are obviously appealing.
