Is HC consulting specifically OCM promising in the future? I am a newbie and considering switching to digital or strategy if HC consulting would get me pigeonholed.
Org Development/Human Capital
Need to come up with a good developmental goal by tomorrow (5/28) at 10:00am. Any suggestions of good ones for a Sr HR manager? My review was really great and limited feedback to draw upon for “development”. Thanks in advance.

My experience has always been OCM/Communications, but my projects as of late have been more culture transformations. Are there any certs, external trainings, education, etc I should consider to help deepen my expertise? This work has been much more exciting than OCM....

I’m interested in learning more about Org Development work and maybe transitioning to a industry role in this field. I have 6-7 years of experience doing change management and training roles in tech adoption projects. Does anyone have advice on where to start? I feel like its difficult to get on a OD type of project. But then again maybe I’m not looking hard enough. Anyone got experience in this transition?
Anyone know any good certs or training woth credentials that don't cost a premium, like ProSci does?
Anyone know the base salary and bonus at Alvarez & Marsal for a human capital/ Exec comp consultant with 6 years of experience? Not in NYC, Chicago, or DC.
