I will move with my husband and he will search for job in Amsterdam only, can someone please help to understand how 30% ruling works for spouse? Is he eligible for same if he gets job within 3 months of being in Netherlands?

Is 4k Euros per month in hand salary after exclusion of taxes is reasonable to meet the expenses of 3 member family in Netherlands?
