Anyone willing to give an EY referral?
Hi everyone, quick question about EY. What is the difference between KL1 and SI 1 Enterprise Risk position? (If there is any). Thank you :)
SAP Function consultant at big4 or HR tech consulting at big4? HR tech role specializes in strategy, vendor selection, and optimization. Anyone know which will have better exit oops / career progression?
Does it make sense to boomerang back to big 4 just to brand my resume for exit ops in moving to industry in the future? I’m two years away from manager and my plan is to leave public once I make manager. My thoughts are exit opps will be greater if I leave from a big 4 AAS group rather than leaving from my current middle market firm, but does it really matter leaving from a middle market vs big 4?
How are internal roles treated at Bain? Also, any ideas for compensation? Role is building out analytics platform. I am interested in the work but I’ve barely started out of undergrad. However i would jump for better comp 🤷♀️

So I’m planning to apply for MS fall 2023 intake and I found an educational consultant who gives free admission services and are doing so this year due to the pandemic. I had registered with them but they’re yet to start their services. I’m now thinking of hiring a bigger consultant for few of my target schools as I’m sceptical if this one is enough. Thoughts?

How do y’all quiet the noise in your head that’s telling yourself “they’re only interviewing me to check off the diversity box”? Heading into another round for a VP role that I feel unqualified for. It’s hard to not think this is the classic Rooney Rule at play. Would love any tips.
I'm booked in a support role forclient, but client is doing everything themselves and not reaching out. I don't feel very included in what they are working on .. I tried to asked...
Are firms willing to negotiate the role with campus hires? I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm. While I much prefer the big 4 firm, I do not want to work in risk anymore. Would a big 4 be willing to change groups? Have you heard of anyone able to do this? I feel kind of bad, but I truly despise the idea of working in risk now. ( My friend who's in the role right now hates it)
For senior art-side leadership: What are the main reasons mid-level creative applicants with sufficient overall (maybe not industry) experience for the role are passed on prior to a phone screening?

Wanted to try a new of being open to exit opportunity. So instead of saying my areas of interest and please let me know if you have any opening, i’m just gonna say reach out to me only if you are in a decision making position and offering solid comp! Rather than bland LinkedIn messages talking about "competitive compensation" and "great work-life balance", I wish CPA firms advertised their jobs more like this
Decision time: I got offered a position with EY and also got an offer from a mid-tier firm. The mid-tier is paying about $14k more than the Big 4. Is it wise to just not consider the pay difference and just go Big 4 to have it on my resume? I could negotiate but I feel like the answer will be no.
SWEs… do you LeetCode even when you’re not actively interviewing? Like just for fun/keep the skills sharp?
I’m interested in furthering my career and I’m considering studying for the PHR or SHRM-CP exam. For those of you who are certified, do you have any advice and recommendations on which one you think might be better?
Can you still negotiate an offer even if you said ok to their salary range during the initial HR/recruiter call? Let’s say they said the salary will be around 85k and you said okay to that initially - can you still negotiate that to 90k when you get an offer?
