Does anyone in the Bain Boston office know if they are hiring experienced hires currently or too swamped with MBA recruiting?

I have never come across as rude as tcs onboarding team HR. . Tata Consultancy They are literally incapable of handling of a crowd of 100 people and. I am surprised how they are planning to onboarding avg of 200 people on single day. They take individual's questions and start answering with statement like can't you understand I am not here for this purpose with very rude tone and in a crowd of more than 200 people. . Tata should take care of these type of HRs

Happiest minds- 24 lpa only fixed

Nference- 24 lpa fixed + 1000 esop + 2jb spread over 2 years.

Other than nference no company has asked for immediate WFO.

Should I ask for a release from my current project and then search for new projects OR should I first search for a new project and then ask for a release?

What kind of signing bonuses are litigation associates able to get when lateraling currently? I know corporate is more desperately in demand than litigation, but I've seen some signing bonuses for litigation. Class of 2018.

I figure they must be interested to request a video interview. Okay. Possibly a stupid question BUT Imma ask anyway.

Can someone just explain how you plan out how much to bill so you can make sure it’s not a mad scramble at the end of year? I’m moving from a firm where I was lacking in any kind of mentorship. No one ever just sat down and explained the most efficient way to track/measure your hours to confirm that you are on track.

Is there just a secret excel spreadsheet that all lawyers have and I just missed the memo???
