What should I be reading or researching? First gen lawyer here, always been small firm. I’m at a 2 attorney firm now and was just approached about becoming a partner. The boss wants to clean up the books so I can review them and we can discuss. Other than professional connections, I have no idea where to turn for info/insight. I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.
