But I got to know they offer joining bonus with 14 LPA fixed + Variable and also they can change the location so can you please advise another offer which I hold is of LTIMindtree Pune location 11.7 LPA fixed pay. How can negotiate for deloitte Location as well CTC and joining bonus will they revise or reject me?

I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.
