Hi How is it working with software one as a company?

Is there such place as non toxic ID firm? Or does any of ID attys like what they do? I moved from general practice to an ID firm six months ago. Biggest mistake of my life. I am trying hard not to just quit and walk away as I’m battling head cold but still have to bill bill bill and get criticized for not billing right and etc and cases being piled up - while everyone is looking forward to the long weekend. I seriously question my judgement. Need word of wisdom just to get through this hellhole

They asked my account details for paying stipend.
I shared my savings account details.
Will they pay me in my savings account?
1 month and 4 days over not yet got the stipend.

People who live with housemates / have a garden. Does it get noisy / do you find people in the garden earlier than (we) finish, that distract you from your work?
