I am holding an offer from OFSS, the CTC has 15% variable(bonus).
Can somone tell, what is the cycle when these bonus payouts are made, i was told that it happens twice in a year. And do we get full bonus amount or not.

I am about to join OFss but i have not received any mail regarding my DOJ yet during interviews I gave me probable date of joining as 16 th August is this normal I have officially not received any mail regarding my DOJ or anything after OL .I confirm my hiring Manager but said he will start the process I am trying to reach him since Friday via mail and call no response wat should I expect at this situation.

Variable: 2.5Lpa. Joining bonus: 1 lakh
Total 20.5LPA +1

is it good?
Any idea about average CTC for same YOE.
