Go for amdocs. How was the interview process for amdocs?
Go for the one where you’ll get a good internal hike, as simple. But if you have the capability to jump again after 2 years, then choose whichever you prefer.
Internal hikes matter a lot, it shouldn’t be that the package you joined with remains nearly the same for the next 3–4 years, it frustrates a lot.
Amdocs is hell when worklife balance comes in piacture
Two points to consider:
1. Fix compensation only as variable is not paid full in most of the cases.
2. Annual appraisals in current situations in company.
Here, I believe Amdocs would be good option for you. Wipro being serviced based completely have internal interviews post project completion which is frustrating and might also ask for look out options.
