I got TCS Offer last month with 60% hike. I don't have any other offer in my hand and in my current org offl notice period is 90 days.
As per offer should join within 120 days [already 18 days gone and I've given 110th day as DOJ]

Some onboarding delay happening in Tcs for lateral.
I'm going to resign TOMORROW from my current org.

Any possibility that TCS revoke the offer?
After resigning, TCS didn't onboarded me at my DOJ?
Can i trust this offer alone?

I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Hi fishes, Had discussion with TCS HR and he told he need to take approval for 21.5LPA as my current CTC is already on an higher level, My YOE is 7+ now , Will they offer me 21.5 lpa? Does the approval take place in TCS or just HR is ghosting me ?

I got an offer with TCS and initially selected joining date as Jan 2.. but current org released me in 1 month instead of 3 months.. I asked TCS HR and others for early Onboarding but they didn't respond well..

After that I got one offer and joined immediately. But now I don't like to work here as I have to go to office all 5 days mandatorily, also role is slightly new to me.

How can join in TCS on the selected date ?
