Hii All , I joined as consultant in DI 1 month back. I have a probation period of 6 months. Does my employment get confirm after 6 months or in the middle of these 6 months and who is responsible for confirmation.
Currently I am on bench from past 1 month so do bech people can clear the probation period or they are sacked after 4 months . Please tell me .

Hi. I got selected as a consultant in Global business services role (SA&MA) in DI. Can someone throw some light on this practice as what it does? Will the clients be India based or overseas?

Does LTA and phone allowance are processed each month as a taxable income if we do not produce the bills ?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
