I discussed with my lead , he said if you really want to leave then prepare a good reason and leave on good terms, management will try to give lucrative offers so that you stay.


What are some safe resignation reasons to give so that
they cannot counter it and it looks genuine and safe as well.
I do not want to say that I am leaving because I am getting another offer.

I am being offered 17lpa fixed + 1.7lpa variable by Mckinsey Bangalore and 14.5lpa fixed + 1.5lpa Joining bonus by Deutsche Telekom WFH.

Both are offering me a SDE 1 position.

I want to know the better company keeping in mind WLB, Perks and Benefits, Culture, also with the thought that in the future I want to pursue an MBA in the future.

I’m having a lot of trouble tackling small or discrete tasks that are either administrative in nature or otherwise because I don’t have a full plate and something to focus on. I feel bad stopping in the middle of the day and doing something else (e.g. watching tv)since I’m already not billing many hours, but my brain feels all over the place and think that may be the only solution.
