Is there any productivity budget which ey gds gives to the new joiners ?

Is it a red flag to question if every decision is a red flag?

I need an answer for "Think back to the most recent complex decision you had to make or problem that you had to solve. Describe in detail the process you used to make the decision or solve the problem. What sources of  information did you use? How much time did you have, and how much time did you take?

As CTC comprise of huge (24 to 27%) variable amount, can someone help with queries:

1. What is appraisal cycle at Accenture ?
2. As they also have 6 months probation, are lateral hires considered for appraisal & variable(prorated) during first year?
3. Any date in year before which candidate must join to be eligible for appraisal & variable of ongoing cycle.
4. Does Joining Bonus come with any return clause, if yes whats condition ?

Is it common to not have a process workflow for services your agency sells? For example, we’ve sold geofencing, strategy, and website build services without any documentation on how they should be executed so I had to start from scratch and figure out what happens, who is involved, when, and estimate how long it will take. I like project mgmt but I’m getting burned out from having to determine processes and feel like we should have something in place before we sell it. Is this common?

Just finished my first week in BL (I clerked the year before) and the imposter syndrome is unreal. I am paranoid, can’t tell if people are toxic or trustworthy, can’t tell if everything is fine or if I’m about to fail horribly and they will just watch it happen and not care.
