I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.

I've developed an even more annoying habit, I tend to fall asleep but then I wake up about an hour later. And then I can't fall back asleep as all the usual anxieties play out in my mind. It's diabolical, I'm tired enough to fall off, but then it's like I know I'm rested enough to wake up and really worry. I eventually fall asleep again, but it's really annoying.
Can you define “sleeping aids”?
Work on a bedtime routine. I know it sounds kind of childish, but it can work wonders. Put screens away an hour or two before bed, do something relaxing, and get your brain to slow down.

I have found great benefit from CBD. My uncle has used sleeping meds most of his life and in more recent years it hasn't helped him and of course there are always potential bad effects. I started CBD occasionally for my pain, especially at night. One dose of 1600mg (further details I am not sure sorry!) gets me straight to sleep and I stay asleep which is a true blessing!
