Got laid off a Big 4 consulting firm due to "performance not up to the mark". Looking for ideas on how to answer this question in job interviews... "Why did you leave the firm XYZ"?

Does anybody have connections to production companies / agencies / in-house creative teams in Richmond Virginia? I’m looking to have some informational interviews with local producers (recently moved here) to learn more about the local industry. Any tips much appreciated!

What kind of experience (in terms of years/deal exp) is expected when applying to Analyst roles at JP/GS/MS etc that have stated they require prior experience? European/UK focused

I was recently let go by a Big 4 and I interviewed at Mid-size. I didn’t tell them I was let go and was hired and now working here. Recently realized, the partner I work with and my ex-firm practice partners are good friends. Should I communicate to my ex-firm partner not to share this with my current firm partner when they meet??? Or am I thinking it too much?

Just got rejected for a role in industry at a company I really wanted to work for. Feedback was that it doesnt look like the candidate has soft skills to report status to executives.
I'm livid because that's literally my job now...and I have gotten praised by multiple EP and EM on my executive presence.

I’m stressed about starting my new job. I’m at 2.5 YOE in consulting and wanted to leave because of salary.
