Backdoor & Mega Backdoor have been discussed a lot here. Are you allowed to do both?
From what I’m reading it seems like yes, backdoor goes toward the $6k IRA limit and mega backdoor goes toward the ~$57k limit.
Is this accurate?

It’s been 5 weeks and I haven’t gone a day or night without crying and feeling haunted by them. I can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t produce quality work, can’t find joy in anything I previously loved. This is the worst physical and psychological pain I’ve ever experienced.

A lot of people say advertising isn't as creative as it used to be. For those of you who have been in the industry for a while, is the creative that's being *proposed* to clients still as good as it used to be? Or has that declined in quality also?

For moms that have had children that are developmentally delayed - we have been doing PT/OT/speech therapy and the progress is slow and steady. My son is almost 2 but at least half a year behind most kiddos his age. I’m wondering if enrolling him in a preschool will push him to gain more confidence and help bridge that gap. I also worry about pushing him into school too fast, and don’t want to rush him. Do any mamas have any experience to share or recommendations? TIA!

Getting in my 8th month and starting to feel sore in my groin area. I read it’s because the baby is adding pressure down there. Do you know if it’s bad to do inner thigh exercises? I do easy floor exercises to stay fit/healthy during Covid, but the soreness (feels like slight muscle pain but it’s not) is making me wonder if I should stop.
