How do you balance risk and reward when working with clients who are more conservative but still want to see growth in their portfolios? For example, when clients who are risk-averse and prioritize preserving capital but also desire a reasonable return on investment, what strategies do you implement to ensure both goals are met? I would even love if you shared what kind of words you say to put them more at ease. "What if I told we can have both?' is a fun way to put it? :D

I typically recommend a diversified portfolio with a mix of high-quality bonds, dividend-paying stocks, and select growth equities that offer stability and moderate returns. Additionally, I often consider including alternative investments like real estate or socially responsible funds to further reduce risk and provide steady income. I focus on a balanced approach that prioritizes capital preservation while incorporating lower-risk growth opportunities. When it comes to saying what puts them at ease, I show them near-accurate predictions of what happens when we go forward with the plan and they're usually at ease.

But where do I go? I think I need to step out of patient care.

Infosys I need a sales managerial job

I’m 40 and recently transitioned to UX/Product Design. I completed a bootcamp, continue to improve my skills. I network, have coffee chats, attend virtual events, iterated my portfolio and resume. Everyone that I’ve spoken too so far say that I’m doing everything right and that my non-traditional background is an advantage. So why am I still unemployed? The few interviews that I have had, feedback has been I don’t have enough experience. I’m at a loss!
