How is everyone feeling about their common reviews? We were told our department’s budget was slashed and all our raises lowered. Wondering if anyone else heard the same.

Nobody on my team was given above a 3. Given that funding is less this year (50ish % vs 80% in 2023) even though the company financials look better than last year and our team is half the size it was a year ago, pay raise and rrp are in line to the decrease in funding.

UHG/Optum despite earning more than the cost to keep the lights on and just lower than what they were planning still opted to give senior leadership their multi-million dollar bonuses while in other areas of the company, no raises were issued.

My team despite undergoing a multi-year project found several of us suddenly on Corrective Action Plans for items that were beyond our control and resided more on the shoulders of 'leadership'

Raises and RRP sucked this year. I had a 4 rating too. My boss said to expect the same thing for the next 2-3 years.

This is accurate. RRP funding was only around 60% lowest I've seen in 10+ yrs

This was my first time getting RRP. I used to get monthly bonuses based on performance ratings but switched into this instead. The amount I got for RRP was the highest bonus offered earned per month previously. What a joke imo.
