How shocking is/was for you to find managers of 22 years old, Sr Mgrs of 23 and Directors of 27 vs whole industry out there? Is that affecting somehow the professionalism and driving required changes and decisions?

My wife is up for a promotion to Martech Director. We cannot find good data on where salaries are at for this level of position. Midwest region. 11 years experience marketing analytics leader. Been with company for a couple years and successfully navigating other tech stack discussions including developing people, vendor selection, project management and everything that goes with being a Martech leader who’s been around the block.
