She has 2yrs exp as assistant manager in kvb bank and 4hrs carrier gap ( upsc preparation) . Now completed MBA in banking & Finance 2022 passed out in SRM univ Chennai.

Due to carrier gap and age factor, she is not getting a chance to prove her in interview.

Kindly help /guide/refer to job path.

Is the CPA exam harder than actual work or the other way around? I’m a new big 4 employee and I feel like I don’t understand anything. Is this normal? Why do I feel like a dumass?

Thoughts on CAIA? Difficulty, hours studied, study tips, overall experiences, etc.? I’ll be sitting for Level 1 in September. Currently work in the fund of funds space - moving over to my firm’s hedge fund research team soon so CAIA seemed like a perfect way to get knowledge in the area beforehand. I received an assessment from Amazon, and it says I have 7 days to complete the assessment but the recruiter says I have 30 days to complete the assessment but the link expires in 7 days. I asked for clarification and she said I need to schedule a date (not more than 30days after receiving the assessment link) I can complete the assessment by. Has anyone taken an assessment from Amazon recently? Could you please clarify this for me. I sent the recruiter a message but haven’t heard back.

I’m not even sure what really triggers me but I always have feeling on my chest of doom. Sometimes it’s a simple text, a comment or something “small” that pokes me and I pop like a water balloon, that was barely keeping it together. The doom then is no longer ignorable
