Is it a good career move working as a senior financial analyst at Amazon? This would be a lateral move.
4YOE, all current company. Overall happy, I think they’ve compensated me fairly over 70% raise over the years plus bonus. But seeing other salaries I am thinking perhaps I can make more in tech and also gain more experience as current company has pretty outdated systems. I feel some loyalty to current company but also scared that I might regret if new job doesn’t turn out great. Thoughts?
