Honestly, I'm just trying to get through the day. We're so busy and understaffed that I don't have time to think about lunch, much less skills and growth. I hope eventually things calm down and I have the bandwidth to consider things like that again, but it's just not right now.

Exactly this! I wish I had more time to dedicate to at least brainstorming growth
Many of my growth goals right now are for my personal life, not my work life. I'm in a similar position to you with stagnant work; I just can't find the desire to do anything about it. I don't have any desire to take on more responsibility, and the economy is too unstable for me to consider changing jobs. I've been focusing a lot more on my fitness and hobbies.
Personally, I went through a really rough period with work for a few years whilst studying.
I have now taken a step back in pay and put a pause on the studying, and have found the most wonderful company to work for. I have no plans for progressing in the near future and I feel so good for it! Finally giving myself some me time :)
Same. Feeling both stressed and stagnant. I don't dislike my job, but I feel like I just work so hard, am not growing, and not sure where to even step. I don't want to go back to school or anything but maybe take an art class or something creative. Just have to make the time.
