I am seeing layoffs post and company freezing hiring across states. Is recession finally here?

The 4s that got laid off, does anyone know the time frame from when they found out their rating and to when they were actually told of their lay off?

What steps do you all take to prepare for layoffs (outside of an updated resume)? I’m not really expecting layoffs within my practice (fin services), but want to be prepared so that if it does happen I’m not spending months looking for a job.

Ogilvy leadership talk alot about transparency. I would love them to put their words into action. Lauren should come out and confirm that she did not get a bonus (the sad truth of the matter is that despite layoffs, revenue and margin declines, it would not surprise me if she did). Hai how much is the salary of an Associate QA at veeva systems in Canada?

After one interview, I tried to withdraw my candidacy due to the salary being lower than expected. Shortly after the hiring manager contacted me to inform me that they accidentally gave me the wrong salary range and invited me to come back for a second interview. I delightedly agreed and the second interview went very well, BUT I haven’t heard anything back yet. Did I accidentally kill my chances by withdrawing too soon then deciding to come back?
