I am someone who is quite reasonable and I think folks take reasonableness as an indication of weakness. I noticed particularly dominant people try to get their way by just dominating the conversation. How do I actually influence them and have productive conversations when they don't listen?

I am trying to upload my payslips in bgv portal of capgem but it is throwing an error that data is insufficient and hence I am not able to submit. Also my lwd in current firm is still 10 days away so I can only provide them with my payslips for now. There is an option to select Yes if still haven't received other docs. But once I select that option I am unable to submit those payslips as well could someone please help

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.
