Hello! I just passed the patent bar a couple of months ago so I'm applying to my first patent agent roles. However, I only have a masters in law, not a JD, so I have no summer associate experience, and every position wants experience first. How did some of you other patent agents get your first positions if you've never worked in a law firm before? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much!

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. I had 10 slots to choose from. I took the first slot available. Three were one day earlier this week and the rest are next week. Does it look good (or desperate, lol) on my part that I took the first time or should I have waited until next week so that I would be fresher on their minds when choosing a candidate? Also, do interviewers still appreciate a handwritten note after an interview?

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's ALM in Management. They both have the same requirements (generally speaking) including a capstone course that serves as a field immersion course with the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

Why Interviewer want to insult candidate rather respect them ? Why 99% interviewer ask candidate about Pluto. I mean ask something which has no relation with application, project. Why this mind set ?? Why thr is a ego fight. If I know everything why I will join your company. We are not Architect !! Only those 6 companies have Interview pattern. Else everywhere it depends on interviewer, selection depends on thr mindset.

Been in a relationship for a few years but lately I’ve noticed a few changes. My SO doesn’t text me as much or call or really seek me out as much as she used to. I feel like they were always super quick to text back or would call me 100 times but recently all that has stopped a bit. My husband and I have had problems for years. He used to basically give me next to no affection, our sex life barely existed (incl. his absolute refusal to do foreplay … ever!) and his general dismissal of anything I enjoyed (my hobbies were boring to him).
