There are so many things happening in the background and everyone is fighting for their roles.
Pray, tap into your network and continue to do a great job and make sure you can be seen.
I’ve had a situation where God removed a person that was probably sending bad updates about me erroneously.
I am favored so I prayed Deut. 28, everyday.
Another leader talked on my behalf and the person’s influence was removed.
I didn’t fight, just showed up volunteered for a project while on the bench.
We ended up traveling together and his whole tone changed. It was amazing, God had kept us all in tact but restored us all to our rightful places.
So don’t count God out. He loves us all and he doesn’t like when we are being wronged.

What is the basis for your PIP? If exceeding expectations, what did they SAY - on paper - you need to improve on?
What makes you think it’s racially motivated? Just because you’re Black and your manager isn’t?
How are you documenting this interaction? Are they moving the goal posts? When you have progress checks what is the feedback and what is written down?
Yes, allot of us are the only black person on the team.
