Best resources for mental health among cops?
I’ve put myself up for L4 promo this cycle. Assuming I get it, what would be the best next steps to optimize for long-term growth/TC?
My understanding is that L5->L6 is extremely painful at Google. It may be easier to leave for a handful of years and gain managerial experience before returning.
L4->L5 is less challenging; however, I’m under the impression I can do this quicker at another company (if I leave after being freshly promo’d) AND get higher TC.

Internal Communication remuneration varies a lot on your employer, it's size and their pay bands. For a decent size organization, they'd pay anything between 4LPA to 6.5LPA for internal communication with 5+ years of experience. There are tech companies that pay good Annual Bonus and provide other perks as well. For Bangalore this is a decent package (but not ideal).
That's pretty bad if that is the scene.
I thought it's better in Bangalore!
However, thanks for the insight.

Ya, it's not very different in Bangalore but there are organisations that pay more but that'll depend on lot of other factors:
- whether role is aligned to a business function or corporate function
- your skillset and previous experience
- your previous CTC and ability to negotiate
Thank you so much.😊
Any thoughts fishes??
