My friend is a Veteran Army Officer with nearly 10 years of experience and just got his MBA from a Tier 2 school. He has a few interviews at boutique healthcare consulting firms on the east coast. What’s the salary range he should be asking for/considering?

Just started a new job and looking at health insurance. Is 30 dollars a month premium and a 6,000 dollar deductible/out of pocket max any good? And is the 50 dollars per month premium and 3000 dollar deductible 6,000 dollar out of pocket max any good either? Just seeing how it stacks up

How much do you pay for benefits? I am thinking about moving districts but I am not sure what the hidden fees are for their benefits. Wish it was more transparent, I feel like other districts get paid way more but I was wondering if they syphon your money away with health insurance, dental etc.

Looking for feedback from the group about the benefits of using an exercise ball as a chair vs transitioning to a standing desk. Costs are an obvious factor in favor of an exercise ball but curious if anyone has seen any health benefits using either. Thanks

Hi, I received an Email from a big4 company asking for a start date without giving me any other details (i.e. job offer letter, salary, benefits, etc...). Is this normal? How do you / can you ask HR for other details? generally, i thought start date can also be negotiate after you receive all the job offer details ...

I have received offer from Accenture mentioning joining date is sep 22, previously I told them 3 month notice period, but later I got to know that my notice period is of one month asi was in probation.
So i have requested them early joining, will they give?

I discussed same thing with HR,he said that he will send revised offer letter before my LWD. But I have not received yet, it is almost 20 days now.

My LWD is 17th July. And I don't have any other offer.

What are some “typical” career paths for Account Executives other than working up towards the largest enterprise AE roles. After being in sales for 6 years, I’m relatively naive to any other than “leadership” and wonder what other options to consider are out there.
