I’m worried about not having the EY brand name on my resume since newco isn’t gonna keep that name, if the split happens.
I would love this bowls input on the exit opportunity.
Current: Deloitte Tech Consulting, SC with manager promo extremely likely next year, 155k base, 20-30k bonus
Exit opp: Small T2 Ops group, Manager,180k base, 30-70k bonus, growing practice
T2 benefits are slightly worse, WLB will be worse, but likely more interesting work.
Take the money and run right?

The recruiter is saying it’s two levels up from my current role- any thoughts on how I can push more?

I’ve been interviewing for a position at EY . The role I applied for and was referred for is a Senior Consultant. However, when I’ve been receiving emails for interview scheduling confirmation I’ve noticed it only says Consultant. Is there a difference between Consultant and Senior Consultant at EY or are they the same? What’s the pay difference for both, if there is one? I just want to make sure they’re not trying to bump me down from the level I actually want to be considered for. Thanks!
