I want to find a good work from home job any recommendations I have little to none experience

I have recently been laid off at my job and I am looking for a WFH role. I have a background in customer service and administrative. Does anyone have any pointers or any company recommendations?

Hey everyone! Any suggestions, recommendations, or referrals for an 18yo recent HS graduate with no professional experience?

She needs a WFH opportunity because she monitors her disabled mother.

She’s open to any type of job that’s willing to train and she’ll work any hours/days besides overnights.

She’s applied to dozens of call centers and is rejected instantly. She’s had a handful of screenings only to be told that she needs experience. She’s very friendly, self motivated, and dedicated!

Advice for staying focused while WFH with kids? I’m a new dad to twins and I find myself working late to make up for being distracted by them during the day. I WFH exclusively. My wife is a SAHM and my MIL is here during the day too, but I need to find a better system to avoid getting sucked in to childcare during work hours. Tips?

Tips for returning to work post-sickness? Whole family has been juggling RSV, flu, and Covid for awhile and I’m trying to get back to work and feel a lot of anxiety about it. I lateraled a few months ago, so I’m still on a high learning curve and don’t know the best way to approach getting back into a rhythm. I WFH, fwiw, but haven’t clocked in for almost a week due to all the illness, hospital and urgent care visits, etc.

it is surprising that Deloitte India has asked a 3 months notice period for an executive position. Need some tips to negotiate this?

Also, they said 15,000 wfh allowance will be given on joining but included it in the salary breakup and divided the amount through the year.

Anybody here work full time single with a dog? I just got a puppy and work from home. He does well alone for a couple hours but want to work up to leave him alone for 4 hours at a time so I can work in an office. Any tips for leaving dogs home alone when you are living alone with one?

Bay area fishes - which Comcast business tier is faster and more reliable than highest residential internet 1200 Mbps tier? I live in Palo Alto. I and SO are WFH, and residential 1200 has been unreliable for conference calls. Appreciate the recommendations.

I started with a new company this week as an HR Gen/ Advisor. I just left an HR role I was in for 7 years that was for a more blue collar workforce. Hey guys I work for Cydcor in human Resources/ recruiting. I’m either looking for a career in the same organization or something similar with similar pay. I don’t like the way the owner of my company manages & pays me (as a 1099) but treats me as an employeee working 8-5 m-f. I’m looking for something that will get me excited & a company to grow with. I currently work from home but I’m relocating to Austin by January. Does anyone have suggestions or able to look over my resume to help me out:) ?

Starting Jan 2023, my plan is to live for one month in each state: 12 states in 12 months (some of the states I plan to live in are NC, SC, DC, MT, ME, IL, PA, OH & ND)

I will therefore Not have a permanent address.

As I plan for it, can some one please explain the tax consequences to me. Am I looking at filing 12 returns. How should I plan for this, any resources?

My employer is in NYC, my NY state taxes are withheld —I will be flying to NY occasionally for work but 90% of the time wfh.
