I have been applying to jobs to roles where I’m atleast a 70% match. I also tailor my resume for target companies. I try to reach out to the people from those companies (no response). My personal brand is just fine, I just don’t know enough c-suite people. What am I doing wrong? I have been unemployed for over 6 months now.

What should I do instead to make it work in my favour?

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. And it looks we need to sell the house simultaneously as look for a new one or our contingency isn’t as attractive. I know it’s based on personal circumstances. But what would you do? - not move, sell and buy?
