Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

I would do Tempe. Just go on the other side of the 101. Like Apache before it becomes Main Street. Or you can do mesa/Gilbert closer to the 60 near val vista, greenfield or Gilbert
You can find spots but I wouldn’t consider it easy as when it comes to night life those are the 2 main spots. And ASU is a college town with a lot people so I would say old town is easier to park than Asu.
If you are talking about during the day, I would say yes but I would definitely teccomend getting whatever parking pass they offer
Depends on a lot of things we don’t know about you haha. Anything around ASU will have a lot of college kids if you’re trying to avoid that. Maybe something north of the 202 would be good.
I live in midtown and I love it. If you have to commute during rush hour it’s a pain but if you’re going during off hours it’s not far at all, and there’s light rail access.
Mesa could work too certain areas aren’t as nice though
I do see lots of cool apartments just north of the 202 but I was hesitant that I'd be just out of walking distance from anything and end up sort of in no man's land despite being near a lot
I love midtown Phoenix! Not stressful parking issues like Roosevelt row downtown but you also have food walking distance and 20 minutes to ASU, it’s an easy drive onto the 202 from 3rd st or 7th st. Check out MAA Midtown it’s a beautiful place, I can refer you if you’re serious lol but as a 27 yo native I hate tempe and find so much more to do in Phoenix. There’s concerts at the van Buren, rebel lounge, crescent ballroom, and even marquee isn’t a far drive. Look up Phoenixyoungadults_ on insta you can join through some meet up app and they do volleyball a ton and lots of casual meet ups. Message me for more if you want!!
There’s good hiking near 7th st and e thunderbird road too, another pro for midtown as it’s a 15 min drive!
Update! Still moving, but don't need to be on campus. Found a great spot in each of Tempe and Scottsdale and having trouble deciding. Tempe is bigger but slightly older. Scottsdale is more updated but not insignificantly smaller, but the current tenant has highly recommended the apartment and provided a great review of the landlord.
Scottsdale, kindof like near PVCC, or else cave creek area but that is a drive to ASU for sure but it is a nice area, also Peoria if you like being near the Arizona Cardinals stadium. All of those suggestions are far so up to you if you think the commute is long or not. Those are just areas I like I guess ;)
Also 27 and Phx native, nothing close will also have value. Easiest to be in north Tempe so you’re close to school when work runs long. Some other locations are good but we need more details about financials and interests to make recommendations
Money ain't no thang. Jk, idk a large 1bed or small 2bed ~$2k cap would be sweet. Into kickball, soccer, volleyball, flag football, basketball for intramurals. Love concerts. Will do lots of hiking and road trips. What else?
I went to ASU!! You will love it there. I'm pretty new here though because I went to school online. I moved here for a job about 6 months ago so I am still finding my way around.
Scottsdale is poppin, Tempe has gone downhill since all the ASU acquisitions and COVID started
You won’t be walkin anywhere when it’s 110 out tho.
I went to ASU!!! I absolutely loved it and stayed here after college. I agree I would chexk out just about anything in Scottdale. Theres alot of really need places
