I have four years of experience as a Java back end developer.

Epam offer holding - 13 LPA
(They are ready to give 16LPA if i have a counter)

CTS offer holding - 11.5 LPA

EY GDS all rounds are cleared i have asked - 14LPA fixed

IBS software - 13.3 fixed , 70000k variable


So I have confusion to choose Epam or EY, but one thing is that I didn’t attend client interview in any of these companies, so can I go to Epam or EY in which client round will be easier.

My stepmom threw me a very elaborate bridal shower. My stepsister pitched in and also did a lot of work for it. Bridesmaids helped but didn’t do a ton. R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

Skill set : . Net full stack + Angular + Azure
