Is there a good resource to benchmark ria salary/benefits? I have about 8+ years of ria experience with about 3 of those as lead advisor. I think I might be underpaid. I have seen some general salary bands but looking for something I can use to help understand where I should be.

Our builder just told us our home won’t be finished until at least end of September rather than end of this month. We have a baby coming this week probably, an 18 month old toddler, and we are currently living in a tiny one bedroom apartment while we wait for the home. PSA: Negotiate higher equity instead of base salary. The equity grants sticks with you for 4 years and will likely appreciate (significantly).
