My joining is in mid august and I got an email last week that joining isextended by 45 days. After 1 week I received call from HR that for some cases we are giving the joining date as decided and cancelling the extension. Is it good to join Wipro in this situation ? If I join and dont get a project for few weeks will it be troublesome for me ?

Am I being paid competitively? I have been the Onboarding Sup for my HR dept for over a year now and I’m being paid the state min for salary, which for CA is 62,400. I have not gotten a merit raise since the last 2 January’s, the state raises the threshold for salary folks. My company says that was my raise. Is this right? I bring a background from the clinical operations of my company, scheduling, field work, and what the average employee faces. I want to look else where but I’m not sure.

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.
