I am struggling to spend the time to study for the PHR. I have everything I need, but I feel exhausted from the work week every weekend. I’m looking to take it in August.. help? What do I do?

Is 76k a year low for Senior BI Analyst? MBA in Business Analytics, 3 years of experience, python, R, Tableau, Alteryx, experience with data science as well (predictive models), SQL.

Reading the TC in this bowl is so discouraging. I’m at a boutique firm out of MBA doing Finance Transformation. 5 YOE 88k. Is that more or less normal or should I be looking elsewhere?

I am a project manager with the strong desire to transition into product management but I’m feeling a little discouraged. Every opportunity I come across mentions 7-10 years experience. I just started training for the Google UX certification with hopes that may better prepare me. Any other suggestions? Words of advice on how to best make this transition?

Currently a Wealth Advisor for Citi but I honestly hate it here with a passion it’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life and I’ve been in Wealth Management in the banking channel for over a decade. I've heard people swear by their AWS certification, saying it's opened a ton of doors for them. Others say they're useless.

Deloitte s&a - which offering has higher overall comp, base, bonus - strategy or analytics and cognitive a&c? Have both options available … to come in at SC level. I’m not so technical but analytics aligned, so I would think the ai and data strategy roles within strategy. Or anything a&c and just know I’m less technical.
