Hey fishes,
I have given the interview in Hexaware and later on I got the email to fill the CAF form which is also done. Nos it's been 20 days and no call, no e-mail at all! I can see the status as offet pending.
I am on notice period and I have only 1 month remaining.
Is it like, hexaware will release the offer at the end time or something! Because I'm eagerly waiting for the offer as I don't have much time now!

Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!
So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

I was rejected by 3 companies and felt a little down… then I tried once again and then got an offer from Microsoft
In retrospect when this has happened to me in the past, I was grateful for the rejection, though I know the feeling at the time feels bad. Sometimes the team just wasn’t going to be good for me and my personality, after the fact I could see that maybe the manager was going to be severely micromanaging and demanding of my time on their terms, or team members were going to be condescending and poor to work with. Other times it was I realized the culture of that company was a bad fit, or the company implodes just a year after I had interviewed.
If this happens to be your first interview in a while, give yourself time and space on it. It’s rare for someone who hadn’t interviewed in a while to just instantly pick up and be accepted to the first place they apply. Often time people apply and interview for 10+ jobs before landing one. Don’t let one or two rejections keep you down.
You do mention one important fact. If you feel you could have done better, great, next time find those things you feel you could have done better on and practice/hone those skills. In the end remember one important fact. You are responsible for your actions, you are never responsible for the outcome. Do the best you can, be true to yourself, then it’s beyond your control, it’s up to them to accept or reject you.
(Last point, if this was truly your dream job/company, don’t give up. A rejection means no only right now, or for that specific team. At a later date apply again if it still feels like a good fit for you. Often times those same teams even have shifted managers and team members enough that the group has never interview you before)
Thanks for sharing your experience. It really helps.
My friend, in the end it's their loss. Try and reflect where you could've done better or get feedback from them if you can.
keep.pushing.
Do not get attached to the process!
It's part of the job hunt process. The rejection is valuable info on where you can improve. Take note, apply it and keep moving forward. You only need 1 offer!
This. Every rejection is an opportunity to have direct feedback and improve upon those shortcomings. Rejection never feels good, but the lessons learned will only get you closer to the next offer.
Just like relationships, something better will come your way ,..,,, I was rejected , I mean the interviewer asked my questions that made no sense , I waited and a week later got my current role !
First rejection in a while? You will look back and smile on it. Just carry on.
I've lost count of companies I've talked to when I was actively looking. I have rejected plenty, many ghosted me, it wasn't meant to be.
Remember you don't need validation from all of them, just the 1 you like and accept an offer from.
You will do better in the future!
I know it’s easier said than done, but don’t let it get you down. My job entails handing out a lot of rejection unfortunately, and it’s honestly not something I never enjoy.
It’s always good to ask to feedback. You never know if maybe there was a miscommunication during the process, or something that might be good to know walking into the next interview. Keep your head up!
