I left Infosys in April 23. On 15th December 25 had interviewed for a position in banking domain. But, results show in progress status as Rejected after Interview and HR called me to inform that due to internal mgmt leadership changes there's no status and don't know when will it resume.

I have cleared my 2 technical rounds for quantiphi and last Monday had discussion with HR. She told that she will get back in 2 day which she didn't. I called her she said she will update me later which she didn't. I called her today where she said it will take time . Please tell me whether is it fine ?

I applied for a position through a recruiter and made it through the interview rounds with the actual company and received a verbal offer, but haven’t heard back since. Am I able to reach out directly to HR for updates or does all communication have to be filtered through the recruiter?
