I am Poonam, Chartered Accountant by profession. Currently pursuing Diploma in IFRS from ACCA. I have recently relocated to Delhi from Bangalore. I am keenly looking forward to work in Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, FP&A profiles for 2 months now, but unable to get enough referals for Delhi NCR region. Do support, I am immediately available for joining.

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?
