I walked into a pitch meeting last week, and the client assumed my male colleague was the decision-maker. Even after I introduced myself as the account lead, all questions were directed at him.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of dynamic lately?
I’ve learned to calmly but clearly redirect the conversation and reassert my role—it’s frustrating, but I’ve stopped letting it slide.

I've had things like that happen, but thankfully they're not too common. Sometimes you really do wonder if you've time traveled back to the Mad Men era or something. All you can do is make it clear that you're there to do your job.

Does anyone know if we can reimburse expenses for items listed in Wageworks while on maternity?

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

However, for other items that fall under wage works reimbursement, I couldn’t find anything in writing yet.

Do they provide cab service in Gurgaon or reimburse it?
