The challenge is my English. I can speak, but with mistakes. When it comes to writing or reading, I often rely on a translator. My vocabulary is limited.

Do you think it’s possible to find a job in this field with this level of English?

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?

I’m in the midst of the interview process at KPMG. What is the expected salary for Manager level in the risk space?

I just finished my first round and the interviewer told me what the second round would be, asked if he could use my case study, and then suggested I speak slower next time so the next interview could follow it on pen and paper. Thought the process is round 1-2 behavioral and 3 is case study?
