I’m considering a move to the U.K. taking a job and with Deloitte UK. Not clear on the best way to contribute to my 401K. Can i just contribute like normal but from a foreign bank?

My 401k is split between 3 funds - large cap growth, large company index, and total stock market index. 26 yo. Do I need to diversify or is this okay for now ?

How do you come up with your total compensation when talking to recruiters? Do you add benefits other than base salary and bonus? If so how do you estimate and support those numbers? Thanks 👽

Between two offers, "Associate Principal" for m&a consulting in the Healthcare industry vs a Director at a F300 company doing M&A and Partnerships. Consulting pays about 50k more.
