Guerlain products for me
I love Paula's choice! I honestly think anything from this brand is great for the black community, except for the BHA exfoliant. I personally use the Advanced Replenishing Toner.
Oh this is reassuring! Thanks
The line isn't targeted to women of color, but it's got the right ingredients for us in many cases. Dermatologists of color also back this up in terms of the science and ingredients. I use some of their products, although not this one, and keep family members stocked in the right ones for them as well. For Oily skin, I like Paula's oily skincare line and CLEAR line (pick out what you need from both) and the CosRx toner (it's hydrating, which helps avoid stripping oily skin and creating more oil). Byoma toner is supposed to be good, but it's pretty simple. If you're looking for Niacinamide specifically, most skincare already has that included already so you may be able to focus on accomplishing another goal by choosing a different product.
