I’m a ‘Credit Analyst’ and she is ‘VP Credit Manager’…How is it that I’m training someone with a higher title than mine?? What would you do in this position? Cus I don’t mind training her but I’ve found myself teaching her the same thing over and over cus she’s not paying full attention

I have an offer from Deloitte for an Consultant role. The Immigration team seems very slow in getting the H1B Transfer done (been close to a month and LCA not yet filed)

Got an offer for moving to a boutique and was excited until I got the benefit info. Currently at $140, DTO, 12 holidays, high chance of decent bonus. New role is $160k, 24 days PTO, 8 holidays, only utilization bonus but good size.
The change is PTO/holidays is a huge deal for me but not sure if the salary makes up for it. They aren't budging on anything which to me is not a good sign. Really torn on what to do

I have two years of internal audit experience in a 500 company and I am relocating to a financial analyst role within the company. However, I think I still need the public accounting experience in big4 to get a long-term competency. I want to apply big 4 staff auditor after I pass the rest two CPA exams. I know I can’t get the experienced auditor position since I don’t have public accounting experience. I had my master in accounting. Will I be qualified for the entry level auditor in big4?

I graduated in May 2020 and found myself excepting a Junior Art Director position in Healthcare. I never saw myself in health but with many agencies having hiring freezes I decided to get some experience and save up some money in the meantime. Fast forward one year; I’ve added a new campaign to my website and I’m starting to apply to consumer agencies again.

Hi fishes, I am going on a global mobility assignment to a different country for about 18 months. I am a manager, and will be a manager outside US as well. I am assuming once I am back will be eligible for EB1. Only confusion is that my pay check will still be deposited in my US account. Will that be a problem and should I request to switch my payroll to the other country as well? I will pay taxes in the country I am going to anyway.

I have an autoimmune disease and also skin allergies (mostly itchy hives that appear evening/night) that my dermatologists and allergist are unable to determine the source.
