Any insight into what the “skills” interview consists of at Accenture Tech Strategy? Specifically for the Accenture Tech Strat & Advisory offering. Not sure what types of skill questions will be asked since this isn’t a technical implementation role. TIA!

Have offers at S& and Deloitte S&A in tech strategy. D base pay is 20% more than S&. S& pay is top of cohort. Great problem to have BUT extremely confused with decision. My priorities are strat work, exit opportunities(preferably tech), peers and pay. Looking for general advice and specific insights on points below - 1. Does D tech strat do more strat work vs implementation/pmo? Similarly for S&? 2. Is it sensible to forgo 20% for S& prestige /exit ops? Big thanks! Deloitte Strategy&
Would you reach out to a coworker who is an ex-employee of a possible exit op to talk about that exit op? Feels like an easy opportunity to get information but a risky one nevertheless Coworker and I are not close, but some networks (including with my SM) do overlap
EY recruiter reached out for a role in a practice that I’m not particularly interested in. I’ve been going through the steps while suggesting other roles, but they dismiss them. Any advice on how to handle this? Is it a lost cause? I was hoping they’d be able to connect me to one of those other roles. Assuming incentives don’t line up for the recruiter.

How long do you like to chat on a dating app before suggesting to meet up? I’m female. Looking to date and not randomly hook up... wondering about other people’s perspectives. I don’t like waiting crazy long or anything but sometimes I feel out of my comfort zone when it just feels way too quick and we’ve only exchanged a couple casual messages.
Phone screen on Friday. Told them I had final rounds coming up and gave them free days of Monday - Thursday for interviews. Haven’t heard back yet. Should I reach out tomorrow if I don’t hear anythinn
Have an offer from a French bank (BNP, Credit Agricole etc..) in their IB group as a first year analyst. Was recently promoted to Senior at a Big 4 in consulting. Is it worth it to start my career over in IB at a firm like the ones stated above, or should I stick it out in consulting and apply for an MBA in a year or two?
Saw this on LI, thought it was applicable to many of the posts I've seen about how PwC/D are trying to deny layoffs and say the separations are performance-based. http://www.forbes.com/sites/lizryan/2016/06/07/my-performance-review-was-outstanding-and-then-i-got-fired/#6227cb81746a

I am pretty certain I'll be laid off in the next 2 months, and am about to start a new project, with a very high-profile client and incredibly demanding work pretty much round the clock. Do I just "go with the flow" until I get my pink slip? I don't want to be killing myself knowing I am on my way out, but I can't exactly share this with the client either. Any recommendations on how to proceed?
