I’m hourly at $28 and keep getting asked to stay late when things run over, but there’s no shift differential or anything extra tied to that. It just gets approved as regular hours. Is that something worth pushing on or just part of the job?

Had a talk with the teamleader. He talked about the job and told me that they were actually looking for a junior sales (and some product management responsibilities ).
