I've been with current employer for over 10 years. I applied for two jobs, different companies. I had three interviews with each of them. I prefer job with company A because I've been servicing their customers/ working with them for 10 years, the job is also exciting and has lots of opportunities for advancement but they just told me we are finishing phase 2 of interviews and things take longer. Company B position is OK but they'll probably give me offer this coming week. How do I handle this?
