Can doing Azure Fundamentals / AWS Certification add value to QA profile? Please suggest if you know path to get into cloud testing

Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. I come from a Big4 consulting firm with a background in Enterprise Performance. I’ll be honest and say I’m not feeling very safe in my current role with the ongoing layoffs. Instead of leaving, I’d love to go back to my “consulting roots” and join the ProServ team. I’m taking my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam next weekend. Hoping this freeze is lifted soon.

Guys I am from Texas, USA. The last time I appeared for an interview was 10-11 years ago. I work in Java and related tech. I am also AWS certified (architect associate) but don't have much experience with it. I create small stuff on AWS for my personal learning. I am looking to switch jobs in the next 6 months so I want to use this time to prepare but not sure where to start? Any guidance on what to prepare etc? Like What skills are must have,

Hi guys, I’m a business analyst and although this is my first job as such I have experience on the retail banking and fintech side (customer facing roles) and I have my MBA / aws certified cloud practitioner. I make 85k a year…is that too low? I feel like I should be making more but after paying Monster to revamp my resume (useless btw) I had to redo my own anddd I’m still not getting any offers… any advice??

Just got my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and working on getting the AWS Solutions Architect Associate. how will I be able to get experience in working in the cloud and be able to be referred to any jobs that help me gain experience? I know AWS has entry-level positions for Solutions Architects. Wanted to see if I can be referred before applying. if anyone has some tips for me it would be greatly appreciated. Hi everyone - I recently started familiarizing myself with cloud concepts and working towards the foundational AWS certification. Most of my work so far has been doing project/program management in the public sector. What are some opportunities I could potentially target in the cloud space with that skillset? I understand my cloud knowledge is pretty basic but hoping that my past experience can be relevant with cloud based opportunities. Thanks.
