Joined Synechron a month ago as Sr. Associate – Tech. Was hired for ENBD client, but post-joining was asked to clear a client interview. It turned out to be a proper technical round, and I didn’t clear it. Now I’m in the resource pool for a month to find another client, else will be moved to corporate bench. Anyone faced this? What should I do next?
